New Club Assembly Options:
Basic Assembly
Just like off-the-rack clubs, shafts are batch cut to save assembly time. Shaft
flex is estimated from trimming guides provided by each shaft company. Shafts
are then aligned with the labels facing up or down for cosmetics. This reduction
in labor time reduces the overall cost of clubs. A lower-priced alternative for
occasional players, slow swingers, or beginners.
Fully Optimized Custom Club Assembly
Unlike off-the-rack clubs, this process includes every step necessary to fully
optimize each club for performance starting with gathering data during a Player
Interview. Once the components are selected, the shafts are sorted and then
spine-aligned to identify the neutral bend point. Each shaft is individually cut to a
specific flex frequency to ensure consistency through the set taking into account
the final swingweighting values. Clubs are optimized for Flat Line Oscillation
(FLO) to ensure proper balance between head and shaft.

Since all clubheads have +/- tolerances, each is measured, and then the loft
and lie of each club is adjusted to match customer specifications or
predetermined values. Traditional swingweighting and grip sizing help to further
match the feel of each club to the needs of each golfer.  MOI Club Matching also
available.

MOI Club Matching
With the assistance of specialized digital equipment, the amount of energy
required to swing a club (MOI) can be calculated and matched throughout a set
of clubs. The result is a set of clubs that have been balanced for the same feel
through science. This is offered as an option in place of traditional
swingweighting. The MOI value can be selected from an existing "favorite" club,
or predetermined and results in progressive swingweighting.

Launch Monitor Analysis - The Only Way to Fit a Driver Properly
Why wonder how you hit your clubs when details like club path and ball flight
can be measured? Rather than guess, we use launch monitors to assist in the
clubfitting process. The use of computer technology allows us to collect detailed
data on club comparisons to ensure that any new club performs better than the
one it is replacing.

We have also assisted clients in identifying yardages between clubs for the
creation of yardage guides as well as studies on the specific performance of
different golf balls.

Shaft Balancing
Golf shafts, like wheels and tires, benefit from being balanced properly to each
other. This process of spine aligning and optimizing for flat line oscillation can
help a clubhead return correctly to impact position and is available as an
after-market service for all clubs. Most companies, including the major brands,
bypass this process and install shafts with the labels up or down for cosmetics.
It's your choice, but we prefer installing shafts for performance.

Lie/Loft Modifications
Unless your build matches the random one selected by the club designer, your
game would likely benefit from a few simple club adjustments.  We can quickly
measure your clubs and show you exactly which changes, if any, would
eliminate some variables and provide more solid ball contact.  Unless, of
course, you would prefer to continue blaming the clubs.
Re-Shafting Specialist  -  We can make any clubs you own perform better
It's common knowledge that companies can define flex in any way they choose.
This lack of a standard is why the “Regular” flex you thought you purchased from
a major company may actually be much stiffer or more flexible than labeled.
Some of the measured differences are truly amazing. Reshafting a club with a
shaft that is matched to your actually swing can be the difference between being
consistently frustrated and frustratingly consistent.
Putter Adjustments
Since the putter is the most used club in every bag, it makes sense to optimize
it to match your individual needs. Odds are good you picked out your current
putter by yourself. Nothing to it, right? Well, unless the length, loft, and lie fit you
properly, and the head matches the putting style you're trying to emulate, your
flat stick is hurting your chances of lowering your scores.

The proper shaft length makes it easier to aim down the target line. The proper
loft helps get the ball rolling properly. And the proper Lie Angle allows for a
more level putting stroke and solid ball contact. These easy fixes can have a
major impact on scoring.
Re-Gripping
You can keep spitting on your glove to help the old grips stick, or replace them
with something a little less messy.  Your choice.

Comprehensive Fitting and Clubmaking Services
Unless your clubs are measured for Actual flex, you are likely throwing good money away at most golf
shops. That's because there is no standard for flex in the golf industry. A shaft marked "Regular" can
be anything from X-Stiff to Ladies flex depending on the company. There's a reason why Staff Pros
from the Big Companies don't rely on off-the-rack clubs. Neither should you.
This is what a set that has been frequency matched
should look like. More predictable performance.
